Payment of Fees
Please make cheques payable to International Institute for Cognitive Therapy. Credit or debit cards
are also accepted at a surcharge of 1.5% (£15 added to £995 of the training
fee). The completed form and application fee should be returned to the address below:

Cancellations
If you wish to withdraw from the course, the following
refund policy will be applied:

Between 2 August 2008 and
15 August 2008 |

Between 16 and
30 August 2008 |
50% refund |

31 August 2008 or later |
No refund |
If
you wish to withdraw from the course you should notify the international
Institute for Cognitive Therapy in writing.
The
institute is unable to refund all or part of the tuition fee in case of
withdrawal due to illness during the course. Students are advised to take
out appropriate insurance to cover this eventuality.
Cancellation
and delay of courses
Occasionally we are forced to cancel or postpone courses. Should the course
in cognitive behavioural therapy need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by
20 August 2008. In that case, you will receive a full refund of your fees.
However, we will not refund any monies paid towards flights or
accommodation. You should have insurance to cover this eventualities.
