The
International Institute for Cognitive therapy is under the leadership of
Sylvia Buet,
MSc. She is an experienced Psychologist and a BABCP
Accredited Cognitive Behavioural
Psychotherapist who has more than 15 years experience in the delivery of
training programmes in
Europe and the
USA.
We offer two levels of training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy:
1. Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural therapy:
A 10-day training course
(70 hours) aimed at those with
little or no knowledge in CBT working or intending to work in the mental

2. Advanced Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy:
A 16-day CBT training course
(112 hours) aimed at those who have a good background in CBT.
