The International Institute for Cognitive Therapy offers a variety of training programmes in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

 

 

 


The Institute is a leading organisation in the delivery of Cognitive Behavioural training for mental health professionals who wish to enhance their therapeutic abilities to treat a wide range of psychological disorders such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. 

The International Institute for Cognitive therapy is under the leadership of Sylvia Buet, MSc. She is an experienced Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist who has more than 15 years experience in the delivery of training programmes in Europe and the USA.

We offer two different training programmes in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy:

1. Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural therapy: A 10-day training course (70hours) aimed at those with little or no knowledge in CBT working or intending to work in the mental health field.
